We offer a free 20-minute initial consultation prior to forming any treatment relationship. During our consultation we will discuss your needs and goals in therapy and how we might be able to help you. We will also determine if we are a good fit in working together.
Our consultations can be especially helpful if you are unsure about working with a mental healthcare professional or would like to hear more about what the process can entail.

We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept insurance and you will be required to pay your fees in full prior to service. However, we will provide you with superbills at the end of each month for all of our services that you can submit to your insurance company for partial fee reimbursement. We may be able to submit these on your behalf, depending on your insurance company.
If you have a PPO health insurance plan, they typically reimburse around 70-80% for out-of-network providers after you meet your deductible. If you are interested in using your out-of-network benefits, we suggest that you call your insurance company and ask about their reimbursement policy for out-of-network behavioral health care (see your insurance card for the appropriate phone number).
Here are the questions that you should ask your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits:
Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it and how much do I have left before meeting it?
After I meet my deductible, what percentage of behavioral health services are reimbursable (i.e., what is my co-pay/co-insurance)?
-
We accept payments via credit or debit card.
-
Individual and couple therapy sessions are $290. Group therapy sessions are $75.
-
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
-
Under the law (§ 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected costs of your care if you do not have insurance or are not using insurance for your therapy sessions. You have the right to request a GFE in writing before you schedule a service. The GFE will provide the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy sessions. The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that might arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to appeal the bill. For more information about your related rights under federal law, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
